A native of Louisiana, April has enjoyed singing since childhood in church and school settings. After moving to Greensboro, she has sung with Greensboro Choral Society, Winston Salem Symphony Chorus and is now very happy to be a part of Gate City Voices. She has benefitted from vocal study with Elena DeAngelis and currently sings in the choir of Holy Cross Eastern Orthodox Church in Kernersville.
