These ideals are at the core of our mission to create engaging, inclusive, and entertaining choral experiences for all—and they unite us in our vision of a community that celebrates excellence, diversity, and lifelong participation in choral music. Your Support Matters!
Your contribution supports all the programming of The Choral Arts Collective, including Bel Canto Company, Greensboro Youth Chorus, and Gate City Voices!
Every gift has a meaningful impact. In the past year:
- 105 young singers in grades K–12 enrolled in Greensboro Youth Chorus, and 53 attended Summer Choir Camp
- 54 professional singers sang with Bel Canto Company, and 58 avocational singers performed in Gate City Voices
- More than 3,750 audience members attended a Choral Arts Collective concert, with thousands more reached through community performances across the Triad
- A new artistic partnership was formed with The Carolina Theatre for our free annual family holiday concert, The Night Before Christmas; and we strengthened partnerships with UNC School of the Arts for six performances of The Nutcracker and with Guilford County Schools’ Summer Arts Institute for our third annual Summer Choir Camp
- Nearly $5,000 in tuition assistance was awarded to Greensboro Youth Chorus singers, helping make participation possible for 20% of our students

We are proud of our accomplishments, but we aspire to even more. Our community is rich with talented singers eager for opportunities to utilize their gifts – students who lack access to choir singing and music education in their school, recent graduates of the region’s stellar music programs, emerging and established professional vocalists who call the Triad their home, and gifted singers for whom music is essential even if not their career. Furthermore, audiences crave exceptional, moving, and entertaining performances celebrating our local talent – talent on par with any city in the country.
Through Greensboro Youth Chorus, Bel Canto Company, and Gate City Voices, we provide an inter-generational musical outlet for our community, from our youngest singers to our most seasoned concertgoers. We need your support to increase our impact and serve more students, musicians, and music lovers.

3) Stock Gifts
We will gladly accept gifts of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. Contact our office to learn more and make arrangements to transfer your donation to our brokerage account.
4) Planned Giving
Whether you make The Choral Arts Collective the beneficiary of your IRA’s Required Minimum Distribution, name our organization in your will, or through other means of planned giving, your contribution will leave a legacy of beautiful singing.
The Choral Arts Collective is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), tax-exempt corporation. Your contribution is tax deductible to extent allowed by law.
