Casey began singing with Gate City Voices in 2023 after a years long hiatus from choir. They believe singing is one of the most beautiful experiences that life has to offer and have always found humming and singing to be profound regulatory and expressive experiences. Casey loves comedy, walking and biking, reading, weight lifting, goofing off, all manner of creativity including poetry and visual journaling, and connecting with loved ones. They work as a mental health counselor and are passionate about supporting others in finding ways to process, express, and integrate life’s many complex experiences. Casey lives with their partner, Israel, and their cat, Taco Bella.
