Ethan Wood

Ethan B. Wood, a native of Raleigh, NC, is a recent graduate from UNC School of the Arts, where he received a B.M. in vocal performance. During his tenure under the instruction of Glenn Siebert, Ethan has performed in several events at UNCSA. Favorites of his include portraying “Caronte” in Joseph Haydn’s Orlando Paladino with the A.J. Fletcher Opera Institute, and “Figaro” in Le Nozze Di Figaro, Act II with UNCSA’s Opera Workshop. Beyond UNCSA, Ethan has enjoyed performing in Salem Bach Festivals and with several church choirs in the Winston-Salem area.

Currently, Ethan is serving as a chorister for the North Carolina Opera in Raleigh and as a section leader for First Presbyterian Church in Winston-Salem.

When he is not making music, Ethan is an avid video editor. He also enjoys woodworking with his father and spending time at Lake Gaston.

Ethan is excited to join Bel Canto this season.
