The Choral Arts Collective

Grace Homer

Soprano Grace Homer is an emerging choral artist whose musical journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for vocal performance and ensemble collaboration. A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Grace began her musical studies as both a violinist and singer, performing with the Greensboro Youth Symphony and the Greensboro Youth Chorus. These formative experiences fostered a deep appreciation for the unity and expressiveness of collective music-making—an appreciation that continues to guide her artistic path.

Grace is a recent graduate of Belmont University, where she earned her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. During her time at Belmont, she studied under distinguished faculty and performed in multiple opera theater productions, including Engelbert Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel, Leoš Janáček’s The Cunning Little Vixen, and Franz Lehár’s The Merry Widow. Through these experiences, she developed a nuanced understanding of vocal color, phrasing, and dramatic communication—skills that translate seamlessly into her work as a choral artist.

Currently based in Greensboro, Grace is pursuing further studies in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), where she continues to expand her understanding of the voice from both artistic and scientific perspectives.
