Shelby recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education, and is now the chorus teacher at Clemmons Middle School. She is a McCormick Music Intern at FBC Greensboro, where she is a member of the sanctuary choir, handbell choir, and assists with Children’s and Youth Music. Shelby is also a community leader for the Triad Youth Choir, Inspiro. She is an active member of the National Association for Music Educators, the North Carolina Music Educators Association, and the American Choral Directors Association. She is also a sister of the International Music Fraternity, Sigma Alpha Iota. Shelby is so excited to be singing her first season with the Bel Canto Company!
