2024 Camp Information Can Be Found Here
Join us for the Greensboro Youth Chorus Summer Arts Institute! This week-long choir camp is designed to immerse students in the world of music, providing them with the opportunity to learn singing and music skills while engaging in a variety of exciting activities such as visual art, creative movement, and dramatization.
Led by esteemed conductors LJ Martin and Claire Jurs, students will experience unique teaching styles and perspectives, enhancing their musical skills and knowledge. The camp will be divided into two sessions: July 17th – 20th for rising 1st through 6th graders and July 24th – 27th for rising 7th through 12th graders. On Thursday of each week, students will have the opportunity to showcase what they’ve learned during a “inform-ance” at 12:15pm where parents, friends, and family are invited to attend and see their child’s progress firsthand.
Tuition for one week is $110 total, which includes a non-refundable $25 deposit required upon registration. Need-based scholarships are available, and meals will be provided in partnership with Guilford County Schools.
Register by May 15th to secure your child’s spot in this unforgettable musical journey!
